CREATIVE STATEMENT
I love illustrating vibrant, colourful places from around the world. My work is full of little details, with small, unexpected surprises hidden here and there. I like the idea that someone might spend time together, or take a quiet moment for themselves, working on a puzzle with one of my illustrations, and drifting off to those places in their mind. That’s something that genuinely brings me so much joy.

Which game is a family tradition for you?
Coming from an Italian family, Christmas always means lots of time around the table playing Tombola. More recently, we’ve added Monopoly into the mix, and I’ve somehow earned the title of “Monopoly queen” in my family thanks to my suspiciously frequent wins. In the summer, though, it’s all about Uno. We love playing it on the beach.
Which player piece do you choose in Monopoly?
We have a vintage edition of Monopoly at home where the pieces are still made of wood, and I always go for the little mushroom.
What advice do you have for puzzle makers or game players?
Some of our nicest family memories come from playing games together. My advice is to enjoy those moments, even if the odd argument breaks out and a few rules get “adjusted” along the way.
